Title: Really helped my back pain! LOVE THIS!!
Review: I love this all of it I am 200 pounds+ and was scared about the wheel braking or being to small. Iâm also 5â10. Itâs very cushioned. But I used it one 2 times in the day and did stretches with those blocks and my back finally pumped and I have scoliosis. So I believe that wheel made a difference. The door stretch tool help my weight and worked great. I tried the multiple bands they feel like theyâre going to break but so far they havenât wish they were a little bit bigger instead of so thin or I wish they were wider. Iâll be doing a work out and they will like roll because there not wide Enough for me. The jump rope is really good quality it looks plastic until you actually use it and you can see the metal and plastic in the cushion handle is very nice. The instructive workouts that it gives you for every tool thatâs in there really good I really like them really good beginners. And the bag the wheel is pretty snug in the bag sometimes itâs kind of hard to get in and out and I feel like Iâm gonna like rip the cushion on the wheel other than that everything fits and I really like the bag. And thereâs a cute little bonus mash pink bag that you can either put your bands in or say you had other things girl things that you want to put in your bag thatâs good to. Very happy with my purchase!!!!

Review: I bought this as a bday present for my sister as she has recently gotten into yoga. She loved it! She mostly uses the blocks for poses and the wheel for stretching. The bands are something sheâs just getting into for abductor exercises so thatâs tbd!The carrying case was a nice plus as everything fit there so we could toss the box LOL

Review: Das Set kommt aus Amerika und war leider nicht in Deutschland verfügbar. Jedoch wurde ich nicht enttäuscht. Die Qualität ist super und ich liebe es, dass man alles in die beigelieferte Tasche verstauen kann. Beim Springseil war ich skeptisch, ob das Seil sich gut entfalten wird.
