Title: Works great with a projector outdoors
Review: I bought this DVD player to use with a projector on movies nights while camping. Most times when camping we are without a broadband signal so streaming movies is not an option. Downloading to our devices is also a problem because of USB-C to HDMI compatibility issues. So decided to go old school with DVDs. Connecting to the projector via HDMI to HDMI was a breeze. Projector recognized it immediately. The DVDs load and play with no problems. The size of the player is perfect for camping in a Jeep where space is at a premium. It fits in the palm of your hand. Have not used this indoors so can’t comment on picture quality in that setting, but for projecting on a screen strung between 2 trees it is great. It has also been fun to look for older movie favorites on DVD. They are dirt cheap on the used marketplace. Even cheaper than dirt if you buy them in lots and play grab bag for movie night selections. Recommended.

Title: Pretty Convenient
Review: I bought this player to use it as a sort of Discman, and because it works on standard 5V. It does the job at both and more. It’s compact and easy to set up. The manufacture is not its highest selling point (the volume “wheel”, which is actually a button, is kinda awkward), but for a light use, I don’t think it gives any problem. Good value for the price.

Title: Easy to set up and use with my Smart TV
Review: Definitely what I wanted: small, and able to play all regions. My only concern is that upon opening the lid and wishing to remove a disc, there isn’t really an allocated spot for the thumb to position easily, in order to lift one side of the disc with. Afraid that it is possible to accidentally touch the laser tray/rack, as a result, so you have to be a little more careful when doing this. Otherwise, working fine.

Review: At first glance, the sleek and compact form of this portable DVD player was the first thing that caught my attention. It is the ideal size to fit neatly in my entertainment center without taking up an excessive amount of space that could be used for something else. The construction quality is amazing, and it has a robust and well-constructed feel to it, despite the fact that it is rather small. The adaptability of this compact DVD player is one of the aspects that sets it apart from other choices. The fact that it is not limited to a particular country means that I am able to play DVDs and CDs from any part of the world. This is a huge advantage for someone like me who enjoys watching films from other countries. The inclusion of HDMI, USB, and TF card ports enables me to connect a broad variety of devices and media sources, and the support for 1080P HD playback assures that I will be able to watch my movies and shows with a visual quality that is really spectacular.

Title: These are great!
Review: We purchased one of these to try out in the bunkhouse of our camper and it worked great. We wanted something that we could attach to the wall and these are like a walkman where the disc snaps into the unit. We used heavy duty 3m velcro strips and attached it to the wall and it worked great. We bought two more of these and one is for the living room tv in the camper and the other is for our outdoor tv which we velcroed it to the back of the tv and the nice thing about these dvd players is that they power off of a usb phone charger so we used a short charger cord and power it off of the usb port on the tv and it works fine and then we only need one power cord for the tv. That being said these are a very basic cheap dvd player but they do work well.

Review: I purchased this to use with a laptop and TVs. My fault, it doesn’t actually claim that it works on laptops and doesn’t, but be aware. No stars marked off for my stupidity.Pros: Size is great if you have little spaceUsing HDMI cord, picture is Good. Not 4K “great” so if you are particular about this, this is not for you. If you are old school and good with something that looks like the TVs show you watched in the past (think Gilligan’s Island or Buffy the Vampire Slayer) without the drop outs, but still with the slightly grainy quality, it’s good and accurate to the quality of the DVD. Newer DVDs are also of appropriate quality.I accidentally turned it sideways. Kept playing, no issues.Remembers where you stopped.Easy setup for HDMI.Plays discs I have with some heavy duties scrapes on them (purchased second hand). This is the ONLY DVD player that will play those discs. That alone makes it a keeper for me.Cons:Cannot find a way to adjust the picture size properly on the dvd player. It has Normal ps, Normal LB and 16:9. How about 4:3 for those really old DVDs in CRT size? The two “NORMAL” sizes don’t fix the image. My non mini DVD players will fix that. Yes, I often have to adjust the size on the TV, too, but I can’t make the picture size work with 2 of 4 TVs. My non mini DVD players work with all of them.Player makes a”ticking” sound as it plays. If you have sensitive hearing, it will drive you insane.Remote is “slow”. You press the button and it waits a beat before anything happens. At least mine does that.Bottom line: Good enough for average dvd play if you aren’t picky about perfect pictures and don’t mind or can place it where the ticking sound won’t bother you. Standard small DVD players which aren’t that much bigger these days are better (my non mini is only 3 inches wider and two inches deeper). That is plays DVDs with scrapes that other DVD players won’t means I will keep it, but if it hadn’t done that I would have returned it. It’s just OK, IMO.
