Review: The carabiners are fairly small, but the ankle straps are sturdy and I feel safe enough to use the bands under tension.I tried stacking the resistance bands together to see how far I could take the weight progression, and they didn’t break or anything, but the size of the carabiner clips made me feel less confident in them, also because the bands shoot back quite violently when you let go of them under tension.Over all, I feel like they are great for some workouts at home, especially worth for beginners.
