Title: Foam and Seals Up Difficult Gaps
Review: For wood or other windows where there is no tilt function to expose any felt or fiber insulation, this foam insulation sticks on the inside, visible edge of the window piece that slides up and down. For those considering this product, the following are some pros and cons.Pros:- The material is thick and foamy. As such, there can be assumed to be much air gaps trapped in the foam that provides much insulation.- The sticky strip is wider than others I’ve come across and as such, can be assumed to provide more sticky surface area.Cons:- Since the most practical, and often the only possible place is for it to be stuck on the visible frame of the window, it will alter the visual appearance of windows.Overall, it functions well as a window gap sealer and I do recommend it.
